So update. Friday evening I came down with a stomach bug and it put me out of commission for about 30 hours. Which means I missed participating with the Marching Chiefs Alumni for Homecoming. It was apparently a beautiful day, great show, great game and I missed two friends wedding proposal. Sigh.
